Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the TRX Cashback website and tools ("Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who we are

TRX Cashback is an independent online tool that helps users review public TRON wallet activity and estimates potentially recoverable TRX. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by TronScan, TRON Foundation, or any official TRON entity.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. You are responsible for compliance with laws in your jurisdiction, including rules on digital assets.

3. What the Service does

  • Reads public blockchain data via third-party APIs.
  • Analyzes up to 500 of the most recent wallet transactions (and related USDT transfer history) — not full lifetime history unless stated otherwise.
  • Displays estimates of network fees and illustrative cashback figures based on configured formulas.

Scan results are informational only. They are not a promise that any amount of TRX is owed, recoverable, or will be paid to you.

4. Important disclaimer

No financial, legal, or tax advice. Nothing on this site is professional advice. Cryptocurrency involves risk, including total loss of funds.

Estimates, not guarantees. Cashback amounts, fee totals, and recovery figures are calculated estimates. Actual recoverable value may differ or be zero.

On-chain actions are irreversible. If you connect a wallet and sign a transaction, you are solely responsible for reviewing the transaction details in your wallet app before approval.

No official TRON program. Unless explicitly stated in a separate official announcement, this Service is not an official TRON network rebate or refund program.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for fraud, phishing, or impersonation.
  • Attempt to disrupt, scrape excessively, or reverse-engineer the Service beyond normal use.
  • Misrepresent scan results as official TronScan or TRON Foundation statements.
  • Use the Service where prohibited by applicable law.

6. Third-party data and links

The Service relies on public APIs and may link to external sites. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or accuracy.

7. Fees

Wallet scanning is free. If a claim or recovery flow is offered, it may involve on-chain fees, network costs, and/or a service fee disclosed before you confirm any transaction. You are responsible for all blockchain fees charged by the TRON network and your wallet.

8. Intellectual property

Site design, copy, and branding (except third-party trademarks such as TRON, TronScan, and token logos used descriptively) belong to the Service operators. TRON and TronScan are trademarks of their respective owners.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR ACCURATE OPERATION.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF FUNDS, DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, WALLET CONNECTION, OR RELIANCE ON ESTIMATES — EVEN IF WE WERE ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Service operators from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

12. Changes

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

13. Termination

We may suspend or discontinue the Service at any time without liability. Sections that by nature should survive (disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity) will survive.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where the Service operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in that jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
